Pet policy: - Pet Fee: $200 per stay. - Maximum number: 2 - Insurance policy does not allow: dog(s) or cat(s) with bite history as well as Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf or Wolf Hybrid or any mix thereof. - Supervision: Pets must be leashed outside and crated if left alone indoors. - Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; waste must be disposed of properly. - Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination without refund. - Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage. - Supplies: Guests must bring their own pet supplies. Food and water bowls, dog towels, and bedding are not provided. Unapproved late checkouts: Will be subject to a fee of $25 per 15 minutes past checkout time, as our cleaning team operates on a strict schedule to prepare for the next guests. Extended stays: Longer stays welcome! Please note: For reservations over 28 nights, a rental agreement is required. We’ll send this through Airbnb messaging after booking.
