External security cameras monitor the front, garage, and backyard/pool area for safety Pet Policy & Requirements We are happy to welcome your furry family members, provided they meet the following criteria: - Pet Fee: $250 per stay. - Maximum Occupancy: 2 pets total. - Breed Restrictions: Due to insurance requirements, we cannot host dog(s) or cat(s) with a bite history or the following breeds (including any mixes thereof): Pitbull, German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Akita, Wolf, or Wolf Hybrid. - Supervision & Care: Pets must be leashed at all times when outside and must be crated if left alone indoors. - Clean-Up: Guests must clean up after pets both indoors and outdoors; all waste must be properly disposed of. - Supplies: Please bring your own supplies; we do not provide food/water bowls, dog towels, or bedding. - Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in early termination of your stay without a refund. - Liability: Guests are financially responsible for any pet-related damage.
